MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING OF THE
NORTHLAKE PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
NOVEMBER 15, 2012 

The public hearing of the Northlake Public Library District Board of Trustees was called to order at 6:02 p.m. by Secretary Barbara Salo. Present were Board members: Mukite, Garcia, Gutierrez, Salo. Absent Board members: Blaskey, Teets, Rivera. Also present were: Sharon L. Highler, Library Director; and Mary Jane Garrett, Head of Technical Services.

6:04 p.m., Rivera arrived.

The public hearing was called to discuss Ordinance #12-546, Ordinance Levying and Assessing Taxes of the Northlake Public Library District, Cook County, Illinois, for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2012 and Ending June 30, 2013.

As no members of the public were present, the Board used the time to discuss portions of Ordinance #12-546 and of Ordinance #12-547, Ordinance Directing Against Proportional Reduction in the Aggregate Extension of the 2012 Tax Levy of the Northlake Public Library District.

No members of the public were present during the hearing.

The hearing was adjourned at 6:30 p.m. on a motion by Rivera with a second by Gutierrez.
