MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
OF THE
NORTHLAKE PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
SEPTEMBER 16, 2010

The public hearing of the Northlake Public Library District Board of Trustees was called to order at 6:02 p.m. by Vice President Orlando Rivera. Present were Board members: Gutierrez, Salo, Blaskey, Rivera. Also present were Sharon L. Highler, Library Director, and Mary Jane Garrett, Head of Technical Services. Absent Board members: O’Cull, Teets, Salutric. The public hearing was held on the Budget and Appropriations Ordinance for the library district for fiscal year 2010/2011.

The director and Board had an informational discussion about the Estimate of Revenues for the fiscal year 2010/2011.

6:10 p.m., Salutric arrived.

The director and the Board had an informational discussion about the Budget and Appropriations for fiscal year 2010/2011.

No members of the public were present.

The public hearing was adjourned at 6:37 p.m. on a motion by Blaskey with a second by Salo. Ayes: All.
