MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE
NORTHLAKE PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
FEBRUARY 17, 2011

The regular meeting of the Northlake Public Library District Board of Trustees was called to order at 6:39 p.m. by Secretary Barb Salo. Present were Board members: O’Cull, Gutierrez, Salo. Also present were Michele Ukleja, candidate for Trustee; Sharon L. Highler, Library Director; and Mary Jane Garrett, Head of Technical Services. Absent Board members: Salutric, Rivera, Teets, Blaskey.

As there were not enough Trustees present to constitute a quorum, no action by the Board could be taken on the agenda items.

Checks were signed by the appropriate Board members.

Meeting ended at 7:28 p.m.
