Tots-ercise

Ages 3-5. This gymnastics exercise program helps preschoolers gain a better control of their gross motor skills, balance, and hand eye coordination. Obstacle courses, balance beam, bars, and floor tumbling are part of this fun movement education experience. Please wear proper gymnastics attire, such as a leotard with shorts or tight fitted athletic clothes.
