1. Adopt Ordinance #11-533, An Ordinance to Levy an Additional .02% Tax for Equipping the Library and for the Maintenance and Repair of the Library Building and Equipment of the Library District. (Action)
2. Adopt Ordinance #11-534, Ascertaining the Prevailing Rate of Wages for Laborers, Workers and Mechanics Employed on Public Works of the Northlake Public Library District. (Action)
3. Adopt Ordinance #11-535, Authorizing 2011 Public Library Non-Resident Cards. (Action)
4. Intergovernmental Agreement for Reciprocal Borrowing Services between Northlake Public Library District and SWAN.
5. Appoint two Board Members to audit the Secretary’s minutes for FY 2010-11, for the State Annual Report. (Action)

PUBLIC DISCUSSION

Members of the public are invited to speak to the board. Comments are to be limited to three minutes or less. Due to open meetings act restrictions, actions may not be taken on items not already on the agenda, but action may be deferred to a later board meeting.

Adjournment

The next Board meeting is scheduled for August 18, 2011.
